11/17/08 Received CIS approval

11/8/08 CIS Fingerprint appointment

11/3/08 Medical symposium with Dr. Albers-Prock

9/12/08 Completed agency Packet B

9/5/08 Final homestudy meeting at our house

8/20/08 Leanne's homestudy meeting

8/13/08 Mike's homestudy meeting

8/9/08 Adoption education seminar with Kelly

7/31/08 First homestudy meeting at Wide Horizons
